- Japan, the emperor retained divine status until 1945, seen was literally a 'God'

- Some societies like Saudi Arabia continue to be ruled by monarchies. Evidences have suggested that strong cultural beliefs in traditional hierarchies and deference to authority exist in these societies.

- USA, American were encouraged to subscribe to the belief of the American Dream.

Language functions to bind people to their culture by promoting a sense of belonging to a specific social grouping or society.
